Ingredients of Egg Fried Rice
- It's of Cabbage 1 small julienne cutting.
- It's of Capsicum 2 large julienne cutting.
- It's of Green Chilli 2 to 3! Cut into pieces.
- It's of Spring onions 150 g chopped.
- Prepare to taste of Salt.
- You need 1 tsp of Black pepper.
- It's 2 tbsp of Vinegar.
- You need 2 tbsp of Soya sauce.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of Chilli sauce.
- Prepare 3-4 tbsp of Oil.
- It's 2 tbsp of Gralic chopped.
- It's 1 kg of Rice.
- Prepare of Egg 3 beaten.
Egg Fried Rice step by step
- Heat the oil.
- Beat the egg and put the oil.
- Stir continuesly at least egg are crumble like this and side this.
- Again 2 tbsp of oil.
- Add garlic chopped and nice Golden colour.
- Add green chilli fry it.
- Also add cabbage capsicum mix it.
- Spring onions and nice mix.
- Add chill sauce vinegar and soya suace.
- Add black pepper and salt.
- Mix very well on high flame atleast 3 to 4 minutes.
- Then add scrumble egg and mix it up.
- Side it.
- Put water in a pan and boil.
- Then add salt.
- Boiling the water then add 30 minutes soaked rice.
- Boil the rice and strain it.
- Add boiled rice and stir fried veggies and mix them..
- Dam atleast 15 minutes.
- Rice are ready.
