  2. You need 1 cup of cabbage finely chopped.
  3. Prepare 1 of onion finely chopped.

  6. You need 1 of green capsicum finely chopped.
  7. Prepare 1/2 of yellow bell pepper finely chopped (optional).

  11. You need to taste of Salt.

  16. Prepare 1 tbsp of vinegar.

  1. In a wok, heat oil and add garlic, saute for a min..
  2. Add onion and let it cook for few mins on a high flame..
  3. Once the onion is transulant, add all other vegetables (you can add or remove any other vegetables of your choice).
  4. Mix everything and let it cook for 3-5 mins on a high flame..
  5. Reduce the flame and add salt,black pepper powder and chings fried rice masala (you can add noodles masala if you don't have fried rice masala). Give a nice mix..
  6. Next goes in the boiled rice. Followed with soya sauce, chilli sauce and vinegar. Give a good mix to everything. (Increase the flame to high at this stage).
  7. Adjust salt and other ingredients if required..
  8. Add spring onion greens. And sprinkle very little water with your hand. And then give a final mix..
