  1. Heat oil in a pan,add heing, cumin, green chillies, finely chopped onion & saute all these.Now add finely chopped capsicum, Carrot with some salt,garam masala, coriander powder,red chilli powder and mix it.Now add cooked rice along with coriander leaves, some spring onion and lemon juice..
  2. In other pan heat 3 tbsp oil,add grated garlic and ginger,saute it.Then add onion-capsicum-paneer, fry for 2 min.Next add tomato and cook for 1 min with some salt.Now add red chilli sauce,soya sauce, vinegar with 3tbsp cornflour (mix it with 1/2 cup of water).Boil the gravy & mix the water as per your need..
