  1. It's 1 of onion minced.
  2. You need 1 tsp of garlic paste.
  3. It's 1 of red bell pepper.
  4. You need 1 of yellow bell pepper.
  5. Prepare 1/2 cup of boiled carrot chopped in small squares.
  6. You need 2 cup of boiled rice.
  7. Prepare 1 of a few green beans.
  8. It's 1 pinch of of black pepper.
  9. It's 1 tsp of cumin seeds.
  10. You need 1 tsp of white vinegar.
  11. You need 1 tbsp of soy sauce.
  12. Prepare 1 of salt to taste.
  13. It's 2 large of eggs.
  14. It's 3 tbsp of veg oil & 2 tablespoons olive oil.

  1. Heat olive oil in a frying pan..
  2. In a bowl, whisk the eggs with salt & a pinch of black pepper..
  3. Add to the heated oil in the frying pan and whisk well. Set aside..
  4. In a large pan, add the veg oil and heat, then add the cumin seeds, soon as they start popping, add the onions & fry til transparent..
  5. Add the garlic paste, fry a little then toss in all the vegetables, vinegar, salt, soy sauce & a pinch of blackpepper and fry for about 6-7 minutes..
  6. Add the egg & mix well..
  7. Lastly add the boiled rice and mix everything well..
