- Prepare 100 gms of soya flour.
- It's 100 gms of puffed rice.
- It's 6 tsp of erythritol.
- Prepare 1 pinch of orange food colour.
- Prepare 1 pinch of salt.
- You need 1 tsp of ghee.
- You need 4 cups of water.

- Take a blender. Add soya flour, puffed, rice, salt, colour, 1 tsp ghee & 2 cups water. Add water slowly by keeping a check on consistency. Blend into a smooth paste. Set aside for 15-20 mins. If mixture dries, little water can be added for consistency to be neutral enough (neither too hard nor too solid)..
- Take a baking try. I used a square cake mould. Fill nozzle bag & create rounds. Apply little ghee on top & bake in air fryer for 7 mins @ 160 degrees. Then for 3 mins on 180 degrees..
- Make syrup using 2 cups water & erythritol. Syrup should be sticky enough to glue yr fingers. Dip & soak baked jalebis for few secs. Serve piping hot 🤗.
