- Soak rice for 30minutes then wash and drain.
- Heat pot on medium heat add oil and a little onions add the rice and stir.
- Keep stiring untill it becomes transculent add water,peas,curry,thyme and season to taste.
- Pound(onions,garlic&scotch bonnet) to form a paste.
- Add into the rice and cover to cook.
