Ingredients of Fried Rice
- Prepare 2 c of long grain rice.
- You need 1 c of oil.
- It's 1 c of chopped onion.
- It's 1 c of chopped green and red bell pepper.
- Prepare 5-7 of scotch bonnet.
- It's of Cooked cube beef.
- Prepare of Blanched peas,carrot,green beans.
- Prepare of Parsley chopped.
- It's 2-3 c of Meat stock.
- It's of Ummuzees curry powder.
- You need of Salt.
- It's cubes of Seasoning.
Fried Rice step by step
- Drain rice, heat a large pot with oil, add the rice and fry..
- Drain rice, in the same pot, add few drops of oil and heat..
- Add onion,fry, add green and red bell pepper..
- Add stock,salt, seasoning to taste and add curry powder.
- Add the fried rice, stir cover and allow to boil.
- Bring the rice to a boil, add the blanched vegetables. Mix and cover.
- After 5 min add the cubed beef and scotch bonnet, stir and allow to cook.
- When cooked and stock is fully absorbed, reduce flame to low,add some chopped parsley and serve.
