- It's 1 1/2 tsp of smooth peanut butter.
- You need 2 tsp of brown sugar.
- You need 1 tsp of light soy sauce.
- Prepare 2 tsp of rice vinegar.
- It's 2 tsp of sriracha(or any other hot sauce).
- Prepare 1/3 cup of coconut milk.
- It's 1/4 cup of water.
Transfer stir-fry to a large platter and pour sauce evenly over the chicken and vegetables. Sprinkle the platter with chopped nuts, cilantro, and basil.
