Ingredients of Egg Fried Rice
- It's 2-3 cups of Boil rice.
- It's 1 cup of Veggies (according to your choice) I added capsicum, Carrot, cabbage, spring onion finely cut.
- It's of Eggs 3-4 (make and finely cut).
- It's to taste of Salt according.
- You need 1-1 tsp of Pepper (black & white).
- Prepare of Soya sauce, vinegar (1 1/2 tbsp both)(mix it together).
- Prepare of Garlic 1 tbsp finely cut.
Egg Fried Rice step by step
- Fry egg set aside.
- Cut veggies set aside.
- Boil rice set aside.
- In a pan heat oil then add garlic sauté for couple a second.
- Then add veggies.
- Then add sauce with seasoning.
- Lastly add eggs, mix it well.
