- Prepare 1 cup of boiled plain rice (80% boiled).
- You need 2 cup of length wise chopped mixed Veggies.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of lengthwise chopped fresh Tofu/Paneer.
- It's 2 of finely chopped green chilli.
- You need 1 inch of grated ginger.
- Prepare 1/4 tsp of ajinomoto (optional).
- It's 1 tsp of salt.
- You need 1 tsp of green chilli sauce.
- Prepare 1 tsp of soya sauce.
- It's 1 tsp of vinegar.
- You need 1 tbsp of coriander leaves.
- It's 2 tbsp of sesame oil.
Chinese Fried Rice step by step
- Take a pan heat oil on medium flame. Add tofu/Paneer to it and let it roast, till they are turns into golden colour. Take out in a plate..
- Now add carrot, beans as well and cook it on high flame & make sure the oil is hot enough..
- Fry the Veggies till becomes crunchy. Now add capsicum and cabbage as well fry the Veggies for anotther 30 seconds to 1 minute.
- Add green chilli sauce, vinegar. Now combine the roasted Tofu/Paneer as well. Saute nicely..
- Mix salt and Finally add the boiled rice. Mix well and stir nicely for a minute. Turn off the gas. Now saute for 30 seconds. Ready to serve..
