- Wash & soak rice according to rice type.Boil water with 1 tsp salt & 1/4 tsp vinegar.add drained rice to boiling water.let them boil until tender.drain the water.keep rice on dum over low to medium heat..
- Take 1 Tbsp oil in a wok.keep medium flame.add eggs one by one in wok.sprinkle salt, black pepper powder & chop green part of spring onion in eggs..

- In the same wok,heat 1 Tbsp oil again.add chop white part of spring onion.fry to pink.add chop garluc cloves.fry till colour changes.add diced carrots & fry till tender.add spring onion (chop green part).mix together.fry over high heat for just 30 second so as to keep spring onion fresh..
