- It's 2 cups of Rice Noodles.
- You need 2 Tbsp of Oil.
- You need 1/2 tsp of Mustard seeds.
- You need 1/2 tsp of Bengal Gram Dal.
- You need 1/2 tsp of Urad Dal.
- You need 1 of Medium size Onion chopped.
- You need 2 of Tomatoes chopped.
- Prepare 4 of Green Chillies slit.
- Prepare of Curry leaves few.

- Place a saute pan in the stove. Switch on the flame. Add oil..
- Once the oil gets heat add mustard seeds, bengal gram dal and urad dal. Fry it..
- Add Onions,curry leaves and green chillies. Saute till onions becomes translucent..
- Then add tomatoes, turmeric powder and little salt. Mix well and add some water. Cover and cook till tomatoes becomes mushy..
- Add the rice noodles/ santhagai. Keep tha flame low and mix well. Check for salt. Add if needed..
- Garnish with coriander leaves. Now it's ready to serve..
