- In a pan heat oil and add ginger and garlic and saute for 2 minutes..
- Add cabbage, carrot and beans to the pan and saute it for 5-6 minutes..
- Then add salt, pepper, chilli sauce, soy sauce and schezwan chutney to the mixture..
- Finally, add cooked rice and noodles and mix it and top it with spring onions..
- For Manchurian: In a bowl add cabbage, carrot, beans, capsicum and green chillies..
- Add salt, pepper, refined flour and cornflour to the mixture and mix it gently..
- Make small balls from the mixture..
