Ingredients of Singaporian Rice
- Prepare 2 cup of Rice.
- Prepare 2 of Chicken boneless fillet.
- Prepare 2 packets of Instant noodles.
- Prepare 3 tsp of Ketchup.
- Prepare 3 tsp of Sweet chilli sauce.
- It's 1 tsp of Ginger.
- It's 1/2 tsp of Garlic.
- You need 1 tsp of Vinegar.
- Prepare 1/4 tsp of Sugar.
- You need to taste of Salt.
- It's of Chicken cubes 2.
- Prepare of Onion cubes,1/2 onion.
- It's of Bell pepper small 1/2,cut in cubes.
Singaporian Rice instructions
- Get your ingredients ready.
- Soak rice in water for half an hour.
- Cut bell pepper and onion in small cubes.
- Once ingredients ready,we start with ist layer.
- Boil 2 cup rice in 3 and half glass water,add 2 chicken cubes and bit of salt.
- Boil noodles,strain extra water and add chicken taster packet included in instant noodles, add 2 tsp oil.
- Marinate chicken for 15 min.
- Marinating with ginger,garlic,vinegar and sugar.
- Stir fry chicken in 3 tsp hot oil,add onion and pepper cook for few minutes.
- Add ketchup and sweet chilli sauce,salt as per taste.
- Layer as shown.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
