Ingredients of Rice Noodles
- It's 2 cup of Spring Onions.
- It's 500 gm of Rice noodles.
- You need 1 cup of Capsicum chopped.
- You need 1 of Red Onion finely chopped.
- It's 1 tsp of Cumin powder.
- You need 1/2 cup of boiled Green peas.
- Prepare 2 tsp of Garlic mince.
- It's 1 tbsp of Soy sauce.
- It's 1 tbsp of Green chilli sauce.
- You need 2 tbsp of Olive oil.
- You need 2-3 of Green chillies finely chopped.
- You need 1 tsp of Salt.
- It's 1/4 cup of Coriander leaves finely chopped.
- You need 1 tbsp of Lemon juice.
- You need 1 tsp of Red chilli flakes.
Rice Noodles step by step
- These thin rice noodles are a quick alternative that comes to our rescue when we have had a pretty tired day at our workplace. These can be whipped up in just a matter of few minutes even with very few veggies available in our pantry. - Boil enough water with Salt. Add broken noodles to it and cover. Keep it aside for a minute or two. Drain and cover. Now is the time to saute the veggies. To the Olive or Canola oil, add minced Garlic at first. Followed by the spices and the vegetables. Stir fry all until done..
