- You need 1 kg of Jasmine rice.

- Wash the rice and drain out the water..
- Heat oil in the pan. Fry the onion until golden brown..
- Add the chicken pieces and ginger in low flame till it become golden brown and tender..
- Now add rice and stir continuously on 5 minutes..
- Add some water as required..
- Cook for 10 minutes.Cover it with the lid, on low flame until it gets tender..
- After the water gets dry take it out from the flame..
