- It's 1.5 cup of Rice.
- It's 6 of eggs.
- Prepare 2 of tomato chopped.
- You need 2 of medium onion chopped.
- It's 2 of green chilli chopped.
- It's 2 tbsp of Butter or ghee.
- You need to taste of Salt.
- Prepare 1 tsp of crushed Black pepper.
- You need 1 tsp of turmeric powder.
- Prepare 1 tsp of coriander powder.
- Prepare 1 tsp of garam masala.
- It's 1 tsp of chaat masala.
- You need 1 tsp of cumin seeds.

Egg Fried Rice step by step
- Take big pan and 3 cup water,when is boil add washed and soaked rice,boil till cooked,and strain,keep a side,.
- Take pan add butter or ghee,add cumin seeds,onion and chilli,saute 2 minutes than add tomatoes, saute till tomatoes is soft,than add all masala,mix well for 2 minutes on medium flame.
- Now add 6 whishk eggs,make like anda burji,mix well saute till cooked,when eggs is proper cooked in the last add boiled rice mix well on high flame,for 3 minutes,.
- Make 2 half fry for garnish(optional)garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
