- Heat oil,when hot, add onions,garlic and ginger,stirfry on medium heat for a min,ad d diluted tomato paste,stir fry for 2mins,add water,seasonings,chilli pepper, ground crayfish,curry masala,bring to boil,add rice, reduce heat, when it boils,taste to adjust with salt,when almost done,add carrot, spread it,add little water if it is not soft enough round the pot,add green Pepper last,when its done, stir rice,cook for few secs,don't cover, remove from heat.
