- You need 1 bowl of cooked rice.
- It's 1 bowl of finely chopped mix veggies.
- It's 2 spoon of corn flour.
- It's Half of bowl boiled corn.
- Prepare Half of bowl peas.

- Prepare 1 spoon of Ginger garlic paste.

Kofta Fried Rice instructions
- First we prepare koftas.....in a big bowl add veggies,salt, black pepper,corn flour and mix well.
- Make small balls and deep fry them till Golden brown.
- Now take a deep pan and add butter.
- Add onion, ginger garlic paste,soya sauce and saute for one minute.
- Add rice, corn, peas,fried rice masala, salt and mix well.
- Add kofta and chopped coriander.
- Mix well and serve to your child.
