- It's 1 cup of jeera rice.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of finely chopped veggies (carrot, beans, Cabbage capsicum).
- Prepare 2 tbsp of Schewan sauce.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of spring onions finely chopped.
- You need 2 tbsp of oil.
- You need 1 tbsp of soya sauce.
- You need 1 tbsp of white vinegar.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of ginger, garlic and green chillies paste.
- It's 1 of small onion finely chopped.
Schewan Veg Fried Rice instructions
- Wash and cook rice, but don't make it mushy..
- In a iron pan /kadhai heat oil..
- Add ginger garlic paste and saute it for 2 minutes..
- Add onions, spring onions and saute it for 5 mins..
- Keep it on high flame..
- Add chopped veggies, spring onions and cook till half done and crunchy..
- Add soya sauce, schewan sauce, vinegar, salt, red tandoori colour (optional) and little water, mix and cook for 5mins..
- Add rice and stir it for 2mins..
- If you want more spicy add little Schewan sauce..
- Transfer into a serving dish and garnish it with chopped spring onions..
