  2. Prepare 1/2 cup of finely chopped veggies (carrot, beans, Cabbage capsicum).
  3. Prepare 2 tbsp of Schewan sauce.
  4. Prepare 2 tbsp of spring onions finely chopped.
  5. You need 2 tbsp of oil.
  6. You need 1 tbsp of soya sauce.
  7. You need 1 tbsp of white vinegar.
  8. Prepare 1 tbsp of ginger, garlic and green chillies paste.
  9. It's 1 of small onion finely chopped.

  1. Wash and cook rice, but don't make it mushy..
  2. In a iron pan /kadhai heat oil..
  3. Add ginger garlic paste and saute it for 2 minutes..
  4. Add onions, spring onions and saute it for 5 mins..
  5. Keep it on high flame..
  6. Add chopped veggies, spring onions and cook till half done and crunchy..
  7. Add soya sauce, schewan sauce, vinegar, salt, red tandoori colour (optional) and little water, mix and cook for 5mins..
  8. Add rice and stir it for 2mins..
  9. If you want more spicy add little Schewan sauce..
  10. Transfer into a serving dish and garnish it with chopped spring onions..
