  1. You need 2 cups of cooked rice.
  2. Prepare 15 of small roasted seaweed (nori) sheets, cut into small pieces.
  3. You need 2 tbsp of oil.
  4. Prepare 1 inch of " cinnamon stick.
  5. You need 2-3 of green cardamoms.
  6. It's 4-5 of cloves.
  7. It's 1 of dry red chilli, broken.
  8. It's 1/2 tsp. of cumin seeds.
  9. You need 1 of onion, chopped.
  10. You need 2-3 of garlic cloves, chopped.
  11. It's 1 inch of ginger, chopped.
  12. Prepare 1-2 of green chilies, chopped.
  13. You need 1/2 cup of chopped mixed veggies.
  14. It's 3-4 tbsp of peri peri sauce.
  15. You need to taste of salt.
  16. You need 1/2 tsp of roasted cumin powder.
  17. You need 1/2 tsp of garam masala powder.
  18. It's 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder.
  19. You need 1-2 tbsp of fried onions.
  20. Prepare 1-2 tbsp of coriander leaves, chopped.

Seaweed Fried Rice step by step

  1. Take 15 small roasted seaweed (nori) sheets and cut them into small pieces..
  2. Heat oil in a pan & temper with cumin seeds, dry red chilli, cinnamon, cloves and cardamom. Saute for a few seconds..
  3. Add chopped onion, ginger, garlic & green chilies. Stir fry till light brown..
  4. Now add the mixed veggies and saute for 2-3 minutes..
  5. Add the peri peri sauce,.
  6. Followed by the cooked rice & all the dry spices. Mix everything well and saute for a couple of minutes..
  7. When done, add the coriander leaves, seaweed and fried onion.Mix everything well..
