Ingredients of Healthy Choice Fried rice

  1. Prepare 1.5 cup of cooked basmati rice.
  2. You need Half of red pepper bell (in small pieces).
  3. Prepare of Spring onion (chopped).
  4. You need of Chopped garlic.
  5. You need of Chopped onion.
  6. Prepare of Chicken breast (in small pieces).
  7. You need 1.5 of tpbs Olive oil.
  8. You need of Pepper powder.
  9. It's 1/2 of tpbs soya sauce.

Healthy Choice Fried rice step by step

  1. Wash the chicken with hot water to remove the smell..
  2. Heat oil to pan, put in garlic,onion (stir fry 2min) add in pepper bell and chicken. (Stir fry for 5min -8min, cover with lid inbetween) add in rice(stir fry for 5min).
  3. Add in pepper, soya sauce and spring onion(stir fry 5min) ready to serve.
