- Take two bowls the other one for egg yolk and the other one for egg white..
- The egg yolk one add flour and beer then beat then all together..
- The egg white one add salt and whisk it together until soft.
- Then add the egg white to the beer mixture and stir in together.
- Pour your cooking oil to fry your fish.
- Start to fry the fish on each side it must be golden.
