Mixed fried rice instructions
- Cook your rice with some salt till slightly hard...drain the water and allow to cool.
- Take chicken in a bowl..add salt pepper and soya sauce...keep aside for few mins...now fry in oil till colour changes... Keep aside.
- Fry egg like scramble with salt and little pepper and keep aside.
- Chop your vegetables as small as possible...keep aside.
- Fry your prawns with salt for few mins till water evaporates...keep aside.
- Now add remaining oil to a non stick wok(if not non stick u may add a little more oil).. add your vegetables salt pepper...fry for 2-3 mins....add the rice and mix all together...fry for again 2-3 mins...now add the chicken egg and prawns....keep frying and mixing all together....now add little salt and pepper and ajinomotto (optional)the chopped spring onions.
- Put the flame off and serve hot and hot with chilli chicken or any other side dish....it is so wholesome it can b eaten on it's own also.
