  2. You need 8 + 2 nos of chilli kashmiri.
  3. You need 1 nos of onion chopped.
  4. Prepare 3 tbsps of garlic chopped.
  5. You need 1 cup of mix Veg (carrots, beans,cabbage) chopped.
  6. Prepare 2 tbsps of green peas (frozen).
  7. Prepare 1 tsp of soya sauce.
  8. Prepare 1 tsp of chilli sauce.
  9. Prepare 1 tsp of vinegar.
  10. It's 1 tbsp of spring onion whites.
  11. Prepare 1 tbsp of spring onion greens.
  12. It's of salt.
  13. It's 3 tbsps of olive oil.

Schezwan Veg Fried Rice step by step

  1. Soak 8 kashmiri red chillies in hot water for about 15 mins and grind to a fine paste..
  2. In a wok heat olive oil and add the remaining two kashmiri red chillies (halved), chopped garlic, chopped spring onion whites  and saute it for 30 secs. Add chopped onion and fry for a minute. Now add the sauces (soya sauce and chilli sauce), ground red chilli paste and vinegar. Saute for a while and then add all the chopped veggies,salt and toss it in high flame. Not to be over cooked. Add oil if needed..
  3. Add cooked rice,toss and mix well.garnish with spring onion greens..
  4. Serve hot with Gobi Manchurian.
