  1. First take a wok.Add oil to it..
  2. Heat on medium flame..
  3. Add garlic,chopped chillies, veggies and saute well..
  4. Now add the boiled rice to it..
  5. Season it with Salt,pepper,Soya sauce and mix well..
  6. Simmer it on low flame covered for 5 minutes.
  7. For Gobhi Manchurian.
  8. First add Cornflour,flour to the cauliflower..
  9. Deep fry it till it turns crispy and taje out in a paper towel..
  10. For more crispiness again deep fry it..
  11. Now in another wok add 2tbsp of oil..
  12. Add garlic,green chillies, pepper,sauces and mix well..
  13. Make a slurry with 2 tbsp of cornflour and 1/4cup of water..
  14. Add slurry in wok, saute little..
  15. Then add fried gobhi to it and mix well..
  16. Immediately switch of the flame..
  17. Serve hot with Veg Fried Rice and enjoy!.
