Ingredients of Vegetable Fried Rice.
- It's 1 of onion minced.
- Prepare 1 tsp of garlic paste.
- You need 1 of red bell pepper.
- You need 1 of yellow bell pepper.
- It's 1/2 cup of boiled carrot chopped in small squares.
- It's 2 cup of boiled rice.
- You need 1 of a few green beans.
- You need 1 pinch of of black pepper.
- You need 1 tsp of cumin seeds.
- It's 1 tsp of white vinegar.
- You need 1 tbsp of soy sauce.
- It's 1 of salt to taste.
- You need 2 large of eggs.
- Prepare 3 tbsp of veg oil & 2 tablespoons olive oil.
Vegetable Fried Rice. instructions
- Heat olive oil in a frying pan..
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs with salt & a pinch of black pepper..
- Add to the heated oil in the frying pan and whisk well. Set aside..
- In a large pan, add the veg oil and heat, then add the cumin seeds, soon as they start popping, add the onions & fry til transparent..
- Add the garlic paste, fry a little then toss in all the vegetables, vinegar, salt, soy sauce & a pinch of blackpepper and fry for about 6-7 minutes..
- Add the egg & mix well..
- Lastly add the boiled rice and mix everything well..
