- You need 3 cups of Cooked rice.

- You need 1/2 cup of Frozen peas.

- Heat oil in a pan. Add the shallots, garlic, & green chilli and saute until translucent. Add the veggies and cook until soft & done. Once the vegetables are cooked, add the cooked sausage bits and mix well. Add the chicken stock & pineapple and combine well for 1-2 mins. Add the cooked rice and stir fry until the rice is mixed with the sauce, pineapple bits, & veggies and has a uniform colour. Break up any lumps with a fork. Remove from flame. Serve hot and enjoy!.
