- Prepare of Rice.
- It's of water Hot.
- You need of Celery sticks.
- It's of Spring onion.
- It's of Vegetable (carrots, beans, mushroom, etc).

Vegetable Fried rice step by step
- Wash the rice and soak in water..
- In a nonstick pan, heat some oil and add chopped celery and spring onion and stir well. When vegetable turns soft keep it aside..
- Drain the rice and add it to the pan and mix well with the above. The rice should be nicely fried till it loses all its moisture. Add 6 cup of water to the rice and bring it to boil. Cover and reduce the heat to simmer, till all the water is absorbed and the rice is cooked..
- Take the pan, heat some oil till it is just smoking and add vegetables. When this is cooked, add salt and pepper and add the cooked rice..
- Finally add soya, vinegar and cheddar cheese. Remove it off the heat. You may serve the rice with chinese dishes..
