Ingredients of Vegetable Fried rice

  1. Prepare of Rice.
  2. It's of water Hot.
  3. You need of Celery sticks.
  4. It's of Spring onion.
  5. It's of Vegetable (carrots, beans, mushroom, etc).
  6. You need of Soya sauce.
  7. You need of Chopped garlic ginger & -.
  8. Prepare of Peanut oil.
  9. Prepare of Salt.
  10. Prepare of Pepper.
  11. It's of Cheddar cheese.
  12. Prepare of Vinegar.

Vegetable Fried rice step by step

  1. Wash the rice and soak in water..
  2. In a nonstick pan, heat some oil and add  chopped celery and spring onion and stir well. When vegetable turns soft keep it aside..
  3. Drain the rice and add it to the pan and mix well with the above. The rice should be nicely fried till it loses all its moisture.  Add 6 cup of water to the rice and bring it to boil. Cover and reduce the heat to simmer, till all the water is absorbed and the rice is cooked..
  4. Take the pan, heat some oil till it is just smoking and add vegetables. When this is  cooked, add salt and pepper and add the cooked rice..
  5. Finally add soya, vinegar and cheddar cheese.  Remove it off the heat.  You may serve the rice with chinese dishes..
