- Cut chicken boneless in cubes & slight hamm vd kitchen hammer or slight prick vd fork.combine all marination ingredients in a bowl.add chicken mix well.keep covered in fridge.
- Dessed tomato & bellpepper.cut in cubes.peel onion,take layers out& cut in cubes.sprinkle salt over vegies.kee aside.
- To make sauce.heat chicken stock in a pot.add all ingredients except cornflour.give a boil to mix all together.keep aside.
