Ingredients of Vegetable Fried rice
- It's of Basmati rice.
- Prepare of finely chopped beans.
- It's of fresh green peas.
- Prepare of small chopped capsicum.
- Prepare of small cauliflower florets.
- You need of corn kernels.
- You need of small size Paneer pieces.
- Prepare of small elaichi.
- Prepare of cloves.
- Prepare of tej patta.
- You need of sugar.
- It's of kajus.
- It's of Raisins(soaked in water fr 20min).
- You need of Salt.
- You need of ghee or butter.
Vegetable Fried rice instructions
- Boil rice 80 percent and drain them and keep them aside.let it cool.
- Add tej patta to heated ghee in kadhai,then add clove, elaichi,half of dalchini, kaju,kishmish. Then add all the veggies one by one a saute them adding salt.Don't overcook the veggies so that they retain their beautiful colour..
- Add the drained Rice to the veggies and mix with light hands veggies,paneer and rice. Add little salt (as already in veggies) and sugar now and mix. Off the flame because rice will stick to kadhai.once mixed keep the kadhai on gas keeping flame low. Add the left over crushed dalchini and little ghee which gives rice an aromatic smell and flavour.
