Ingredients of Egg Fried rice
- You need of big capsicum chopped.
- You need of big bunch of spring onion chopped.
- It's of big carrots (grated).
- Prepare of green peas.
- It's of green chillies.
- It's of soya sauce.
- You need of Salt.
- Prepare of eggs.
- You need of red chilli powder.
- You need of rice.
- You need of Oil.
- You need of jeera.
Egg Fried rice instructions
- Chop all the vegiees.
- Take a bowl add eggs,red chilli powder and salt mix well..take a pan add oil and cook eggs and crumbled it..keep aside.
- Now take a big vessel add oil,jeera than slowly keep on adding all the vegiee,soya sauce and salt.. cook till it's compltly done.
- Now add crumbled eggs to the cooked vegiees..mix it well.
- Now cook rice and the mixture to it and mix it very lightly..keep on very low flame till 15 mins..and serve...
- You can also add boiled shreded chicken to it..just boil chicken in ginger garlic paste and salt.. shred it and mix into vegiess once vegiees are cooked well...
