- First boil rice 3/4 done strain it keep aside.
- Boil soya nuggets (bori) remove water keep aside.
- Now add oil in the pan add crushed garlic,add beans and next add carrot.
- Next add boiled soya nuggets (bori) keep stir.
- Add Green chilli,add capsicum.
- Keep stir now add boiled rice stirring continuously,add soy sauce.
- Add tomato sauce add vinegar,mix well in low flame.
- When done add to the plate,add boiled egg spread egg masala.
