  1. It's of bulb finely chopped onion.
  2. You need of cksp veg oil.
  3. You need of eggs.
  4. You need of dark soy sauce.
  5. Prepare of sesame oil.
  6. You need of basmati Rice.
  7. You need of Turkey.
  8. Prepare of finely chopped carrot.
  9. You need of green pea chopped.
  10. You need of oyster sauce.
  11. You need of stock cube.
  12. You need of fresh pepper diced.

  15. It's of crushed garlic and ginger.

Chinese Fried Rice step by step

  1. Spice turkey to your desired taste per boil once it's tender; preheat oven and send the chicken to grill in the oven.
  2. Heat up water in a big pot once the water is boiling hot turn off the heat and pour in your basmati rice, stir and allow it rest for about 5 to 7 minute wash off the starch in the rice and drain.

  6. Heat up a big pot and set on low heat, add a little portion of the drain rice, a cooking spoon of the sauce mix and small portion of the fried egg stir properly to mix rice and sauce very well repeat this method till you are done adjust seasoning if need be.
  7. Wrap foil paper on the pot of rice and cover pot allow rice simmer; once rice is tender turn off heat and serve with the grilled turkey on the side..
