Ingredients of Chinese Fried Rice

  1. It's of Basmati rice.
  2. You need of Shredded boneless, skinless chicken.
  3. You need of Egg.
  4. Prepare of Veggies.
  5. Prepare of Sesame oil.
  6. You need of Soy sauce.
  7. You need of Oyster sauce.
  8. It's of Onion.
  9. Prepare of Seasoning.

Chinese Fried Rice instructions

  1. Cook your rice with just salt until its fully cooked. Dice your veggies. I used carrot, green beans, green pepper, etc. Beat your egg and set apart. Shred, marinate and stir fry ur chicken. But you can also use boiled chicken. Just shreds and stir fry.
  2. In a pot, add small oil, you can mix the sesame oil with ur normal oil, add onion, garlic, ginger and fry then put the egg and start turning immediately. Next add ur veggies and start turning.
  3. Next, put ur already stir fried chicken and cooked rice. Keep stirring while u add ur soy sauce and spices like black pepper, dry pepper, thyme, rosemary, stock cube etc. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary..
  4. When its ready, spray a little sesame oil and your Chinese fried rice is ready. I paired mine with salad.
